Cancellation & Refund Policy
At HostBank, we strive to deliver reliable web hosting solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains your rights regarding cancellations and potential refunds.
1. Service Cancellation
You may cancel your hosting plan at any time through your client dashboard or by contacting our support team. However, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Shared Hosting, VPS, or Cloud Hosting plans canceled within 7 days of initial purchase are eligible for a full refund.
- Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Domain name purchases
- Dedicated servers
- Software licenses (e.g., cPanel, Softaculous)
- SSL certificates
- Setup fees, if applicable
4. Refund Process
If you qualify for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. HostBank is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway providers.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first will be considered a violation of our policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in chargeback activities.
6. Policy Changes
HostBank reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
